What is your return policy?

Our goal is your happiness and health. However, due to the nature of the product I do not take returns on herbal medicine. All herbal remedies will respond differently in all users and I cannot account for how your herbal rememdy will work for you. But if you feel a product is incorrect or has a fundamental quality problem, please do not hesitate to contact us directly to remedy the issue.

Where can I find you?

I no longer have a brick and mortar location. Sign up for my newsletter for updates on pop-up shops, farmer's markets and other in-person opportunities. All other orders can be placed online.

What should I know about your herbal products?

All herbal products have been formulated by Kelly Keyser-Millar. Only after rigorous testing for quality and effectiveness will 'testers' become official products. After a product is finalized I then make all products myself. Infused oils, alcohol and glycerite extracts are done with the long method. All products are made in small batches to maintain quality control. Butters and creams are hand whipped, essential oils are distributed per tin and I have taken care to give you the highest quality herbal medicine I can make. Sometimes you will find an occassional bit of herb or natural product in your tin or tub. This is quite normal as nature often finds a way through the most fine sieve or strainer.

How fast will you ship my items to me?

I am a one-woman band here at Mortar & Pestle but I strive to get your herbal helpers in your hands as quickly as I can. Most items will ship and you will have a tracking number in your email box within 3-5 days. All items are shipped USPS Priority should arrive to you within 4 days of my shipment. Please note that with supply chain and COVID hiccups, you may be waiting longer than I intend. One thing to note is that many items are bottled or made 'on demand', including wellness syrups and may require a little extra time. I still aim for the 3-5 day window, but will contact you if more time on my end is required.
